Return and refund policy
At Zareon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a transparent and hassle-free 30-Day Free Return Policy.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a free return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
It must be in its original packaging.
You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Zareon order number).
3. Free Returns (No Restocking Fees)
Return Shipping Cost: 100% Free. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label via email. You do not need to pay for return shipping.
Restocking Fee: $0.00 (None). We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for processed returns.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at care@zareon.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Securely pack the item and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at care@zareon.shop. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Window: We process all refunds within 10 business days of receiving the return. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
